While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with studybazar.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
• Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
• Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
• Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
• Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
• Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
• Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
• Non-Serviceable Locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.
Cancellation by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by

Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
1. For Projects, returns accepted within 7 days only on damaged and defective projects and in original packaging condition. If the packaging of the project is finding damaged then the projects will not be returned.
2. Returns are not accepted for some categories of projects. Non-returnable items are marked in the table above. If a received item is damaged / defective, you may choose to dispose it at your convenience. The 7 days time-frame listed above is for customers to contact us and request for a refund on their order. 3. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on these items.
4. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including all components and belongings.
5. For damaged / defective items, items with missing parts or item not as described, replacement will be offered by the seller, if the issue is reported within 7 business days. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product as per offered by seller.
