With Selling on, it’s easy to list your products. Once you’ve registered to start selling online our support service will help you to start selling quickly.

Step 4 You Deliver Products to Customers notifies you by e-mail when an order has been placed. You simply pack and deliver your item to the customer (unless you let Fulfillment by do the work).

Payment for the order is deposited into your bank account after the deduction of fee and you receive notification by email that your payment has been sent.


Note: To ensure that you are charged the correct referral fee, you will need to categorise your items as precisely as possible when you list them on the website. Categorisation of products is subject to sole discretion.

To sell on sellers pay the following fees (*all fees are exclusive of 14% Service Tax, Education Cess and Higher Education Cess).

Monthly Subscription Fee:

A promotional rate of zero monthly subscription fees is applicable for one year from effective date of agreement.

Referral Fees:

Sellers pay a referral fee on each item sold. For all products, a percentage of the total sales price that is paid by buyer (including the item price and any shipping or gift-wrap charges) is deducted as referral fee. Referral Fees as per Annexure I*

Cancellation Charge

Sellers will be charged 2.5% of the order value for seller-fulfilled orders that are cancelled. A Cancellation Charge of 2.5% is applicable if:

  • A seller cancels an order for any reason other than a buyer requested cancellation (Only cancellations requested by buyers through website are considered as buyer requested cancellations and will be exempt from cancellation charge).
  • cancels an order automatically because a seller has not shipped and ship confirmed the order within 48 hours of Estimated Ship Date.

Buyer can place order using payment gateway or cash on delivery method. sends an email to the seller about the order with necessary information required to deliver the product. Seller is free to use any courier of his choice or he can use services to deliver the products. Delivery Fees

North East & Jammu Kashmir:

Delivery Service Fee is charged on the final price that the buyer pays for the order, including the Product cost, Shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Minimum chargeable weight is 500gms. For items that weigh more than 500gms, you will be charged in multiples of price applicable for each 500gms. delivery Fees is computed on volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight is calculated as Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length x Breadth x Height)/5000 where LBH are in cm

Selling on is easy. First you list the products that you want to sell on platform. Customer sees your product and makes a purchase. You will receive an email to ship the product. You deliver the product to the customer and confirm shipment. will deposit the funds into your bank account after deducting our fees.

What do I need to register as a seller on

What are the charges for selling on

When will I start getting charged the monthly subscription fee?

Subscription fee is waived for first year.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You are free to cancel anytime.

How do I get paid? will disburse payments to your bank account after 15 days from the delivery date of product to the buyer. You will be eligible to get paid for the order 7 days after the order is confirmed as shipped.

How do I list my products on

You can list your products by sending us an email carrying the details of product in a prescribed format as provided to you by The procedure and information required will vary depending on whether your products are already in the product list.

If your products already exist in the product list

You can easily list them one by one through our support service. To do so, you only need to provide the name of the product, the price and your available stock. Alternatively, if you have a large number of products, you may use one of the following methods.

  • You may use Excel-based inventory files to create multiple products simultaneously.
  • Or you can send details one by one using your registered email id.

If your products do not exist in the platform

You can upload them using support service of For each new product, you will have to provide product information, including:

  • ISBN or UPC code
  • Product title
  • Product description
  • Image of the product
  • Price
  • Available stock

Please note that some product categories might require additional information to list your products.

How do I manage my orders on

You can download the daily order report, an email will send to you on your registered mail id which provides a summary of the orders you received, and includes customer and shipping information so you can fulfil those orders.

Do you offer protection against fraud?

What is the guarantee program?

The Guarantee Program is designed to handle situations where a customer either never received a product or received a product that is materially different from what was ordered or expected. We ask customers to first contact you when they have a problem.

If you fail to resolve the problem, the customer can file a claim. When receives the claim, we send you an email detailing the claim which requests a response with basic information about the order and the way you fulfilled it. will then determine how the claim will be settled which may include reimbursement of the order to the customer, at your expense.
